If an item was not satisfactory

If an item was not to your satisfaction due to quality or damage, we offer a refund or exchange of certain goods within certain time periods (please see below).

The Customer may choose to exchange to item with a new one, or to get a refund in the same amount of the item at the time of pruchase. Any product exchanges will be made with the Customer’s next delivery, or if the Customer returns the item to any Servay Supermarket. Customer shall return goods at his/her own cost.

You should please take reasonable care of the goods whilst they are in your possession (reasonable care includes inspecting goods, but would not extend to your opening certain goods, for example, sealed cleaning products).

For the avoidance of doubt, this provision does not affect the rights of the Customer for non-acceptance of substituted goods.
